"We have 2 subscriptions for our grandkids. Our 7 year old grandson loves the graphic novels. Our 9 year old granddaughter is equally as happy with the middle grade books she gets. Whoever makes the book selections does a great job. It is hard to find books that our grandkids haven't read but they manage to find books they've never heard of but thoroughly enjoy! After they've read the books they are passing them along to their school library so other kids can enjoy. We are very happy with Book Drop for kids!"

Our mission
Our mission is to spread the love of reading by exposing people to really amazing books & incredible authors. We all have busy lives and unless you are surrounded by books all day (like us lucky folk), it's a bit overwhelming to pick out one REALLY good book when there are so many options. That's what we are here for... to pick out the best of the best and mail them your way, to be dropped on your doorstep or mailbox each month.
We understand that you can get a better deal on that site-that-shall-not-be-named, but this subscription program isn't about getting the cheapest price, it's about having a small independent bookstore select their favorite books and sending them your way once a month. It's about helping people discover fantastic reads & diverse authors, and putting marvelous books into the hands of readers - books they might not have discovered otherwise. If you're looking for the cheapest subscription or the cheapest book, you won't find that here... we don't do cheap, we focus on fantastic, fabulous, & marvelous books.
